ps-anyone else notice that the full fendered and modified camps really seem separate as far as results, etc? The chrome horn website treats late models like they don't exist, while Speed51 will report on mods but concentrates on late models
Speed51 is just as bad...When the Sprint Cars or Supermodifieds are at the same event, they all but completely ignore them. Last year they did live audio from the North/South Shootout and talked about Late Models and Modifieds while the Sprint Cars were RACING in the feature...The only Sprint Car driver they paid any attention to was Dave Steele. Their live results always include complete finishing orders from heats for the other divisions, but the open wheel stuff just gets the winner mentioned.
Ryan Litt finished 6th in his race you will find more coverage at
http://tbara.net/?p=399
TBARA is also doing live updates on their Twitter feed...link is on their website.
Ryan started 9th and was up to 4th last night until a plug wire came off. He says New Smryna is a "bad ass track".
On a side note, somebody other than me must have been sending Speed51 e-mails last night because they finally got off their collective duffs and got a sprint car roster together, and posted full feature results. Hopefully they do the same tonight. The racers deserve it.
You are quite right I asked for points they are working on it.Check withSpeed Direct they have reults for all tracks NSS included does not jive

who were the other two big things?
Fellows was the last one ti make it.
matthews and Fitzpatrick and even kennington for that matter are trying....but for his age, has anyone had these credentials?

I believe he was referring to Pete Sheppard and JR Fitzpatrick. They were both billed as 'the next big thing'.

Paraphrasing something seen on the Speed51 coverage of today's rain delay at NSS, apparently the tech guy has DQ'd Mother Nature for soaking ALL the tires today.

Interesting connection between Bricknell's and a kid from Delaware...
Donnie Varcoe in a crate LM is interesting, as well...
