Stefan Rzadzinski (1)
Edmonton's Stefan Rzadzinski is on the fast track to North American, open wheeled racing stardom. A multi-time Western Canadian karting champion, Rzadzinski advanced his career with two seasons in the Ontario Formula Ford Challenge, where he recorded a pair of overall, runner-up championship results (behind veterans Matt White and Dean Baker) on his way to the OFFC and CASC-Ontario Region Rookie of the Year titles.
In 2011 Rzadzinski earned two race victories, plus five further podium finishes in the Skip Barber Summer Series, and was granted the opportunity to compete in the Indy Lights contest on his home Edmonton, airport circuit. In his Indy Lights debut he scored a top 10 finish, a result he duplicated in 2012.
Taking the next step, last year Rzadzinski joined the JDC Motorsports team and their Mazda Road to Indy programme. In 2013, the 20 year-old is again with JDC, campaigning the #93 Can Tourque/ Christenson Developments car in the Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship Powered by Mazda.
